
EMOTIONAL CAPACITY
Emotional Capacity is a measure of your ability to overcome limiting beliefs, your ability to adapt to challenging situations, and the quality of your relationships. No matter how talented, disciplined, or values-driven you are, if you don't have emotional capacity, you'll fall short of your goals eventually, and anything meaningful in your life.
Looking After Ourselves – Ensuring we are getting enough sleep, eating well and seeing a doctor when needed all help us look after our physical health – which in turn helps keep our stress bucket stable. When we become ill our stress bucket can shrink, leading to a much higher risk of it overflowing.
Self Care – The thing to remember when considering self-care is the ‘self’ – the things which energy, help you process, calm and soothe you. If we are looking after ourselves and making time for our own needs, we will keep our levels low enough to be able to avoid them overflowing.

Our program is an organized and coordinated program that has the goal of enhancing the mental, emotional and physical status of each individual. Our wellness health plan and presentation will also address spiritual and vocational well-being. Our wellness plan was created on the four pillars of health for employees in all work situations, use at home, members of a club, organization, or faith-based institutions.
Emotional wellness
Emotional wellness- refers to one’s ability to manage their own emotions and effectively express it to others. Being emotionally well is more than just the ability to handle stress; it also involves being attentive to one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, whether positive or negative. A closely related concept is mental health. Mental health encompasses all aspects of emotional and psychological well-being, affecting how an individual acts, thinks, and feels.
